The whole visit to Alcombe Whitton was smooth and pleasant, thumbs up for the team! Dr Alice and Claire are very friendly, Dr Alice has patiently listened to me about my dog’s situation, explained any possible treatment to cure him, her smile has calmed both my pet and me.

Took my very vet-anxious cat here a couple of weeks back as she was poorly. The vet was very thorough and made she the right tests were run. I had a much better experience here than at the Northfields branch so we will be coming to this one instead from now on.

Highly recommend as I've been coming here with my 2 cats plus new kitten for 3 years. You get a warm welcome from everyone. Alice is lovely and has made me feel at ease and more importantly my 3 are comfortable. We recently had to have our family dog Milo put to sleep as he was poorly and Alice gave us all options while comforting us. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Thank you all for being so kind ❤️
