Such a wonderful vets. Have had fantastic experience with the incredible Jee Young and also the male vet too. Everything always explained thoroughly and any costs are explained out to you as well. Any time I've had concerns about my cats health, even the receptionists on the phone have been fantastic - I felt like they genuinely really cared and truly listened, and even provided advice to me for how to care for my cat while I wait for her appointment! 10/10

We went in for the delicate matter of sadly having to put our dog down today. This was my first visit here as my regular vet is closed and I must say that all the staff - both medical and clerical were all very kind and professional and my dog was treated so wonderfully by everyone and everyone took their time to make sure she was at ease. We called today and they gave us an appointment today, which is amazing. I just wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone for doing such an amazing job at this crucial end of life moment and for also looking after us and putting us at ease and answering all our questions to give us peace of mind. I absolutely recommend this Veterinary surgery and I must say that their prices are very reasonable as well. Thank you once again and R.I.P Tia Maria 🐺 x x x
